OCEAN TECH TRADING AND CONTRACTING WLL

Construct various facilities, utility infrastructure, site work and site fencing at Site S2 for the Qatar Emiri Air Defense Force (QEADF).  The project contains around 40 facilities including security buildings, bunkers/accommodations, dining facilities, administration building, communication building, pump buildings and substations. The site is not connected to any public utilities.  Site utilities include water, sewer, power, communication, fire reporting and security reporting systems.

Ian Thornhill, Business and Development Director, have recently visited the new campus construction site. They spoke to engineers and consultants, analysed the progressed and were briefed on the upcoming stages of construction. The highlights of the steps completed since the last update are:

• The casting of the ground floor slabs for 12 out of 15 buildings
• The casting of the first floor level slab for the Facilities Management building
• There are currently circa 300 workers on site
• Finishing work of doha college has been carried out successfully.

Falcon 5 / f15 qa beddown project

The project is located within Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Qatar, for the State of Qatar Ministry of Defense in accordance with a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case for the construction of the facilities and infrastructure to support the F-15QA Fighter aircraft beddown program. Facilities and infrastructure include, but are not limited to, airfield pavements; operations buildings, utility buildings and distribution centers; squadron headquarters; warehouses; airfield lighting; maintenance and storage facilities; ammunition storage facilities; engine shops; munitions maintenance facilities; and other personnel and base support facilities and infrastructure to support the deployment, fielding, operations, and sustainment of the Qatar Emiri Air Force’s F-15 QA Program.
